My Story
I am a painter inspired by nature and the landscapes that shaped my early life. Growing up by the river, I spent much of my of my childhood outdoors - exploring, observing, and forming a deep connection to the natural world. Those experiences continue to inform my work and remain at the heart of my artistic practice.
My paintings focus on landscapes, flowers, trees, and figures integrated within nature. I begin each piece with simple graphite sketches, followed by acrylic washes to establish mood, movement, and color. I then develop imagery with acrylics and complete the work with oil paint, allowing depth, richness, and expression to emerge naturally. Photography plays an important role in my process, as I often capture scenes from nature to use as references in the studio.

My Why
When I paint I become fully immersed, forming a quiet and personal connection with each piece. Through expressive color and layered surfaces, I aim to present nature in a peaceful yet vibrant way - inviting viewers to slow down and experience the artwork more deeply.
My goal is to inspire others to see the beauty of nature beyond what is immediately visible - to notice more color, emotion, and life than they may have seen before. I hope my work brings a sense of calm, connection, and warmth into homes while encouraging a renewed appreciation for the natural world.
